This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by Pocket Projects Film & Media Production Ltd when you visit or communicate via https://www.pocketprojects.co.uk/ (the “Site”).

Comments

Cookies

We use the Contact Form Information that we collect generally to respond to any client enquiries placed through the Site (including your name, email & details of your enquiry)

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Our website is also back linked on third party Sites which makes it possible for you to be referred directly to our site. We once again advise users not to assume that we adhere to the same privacy policy as our referring domain. Data Retention & Security

When you communicate through the Site, we will maintain your contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
