The 2025 Tackle annual conference at the IET Birmingham Austin Court was an extraordinary event, bringing together passionate individuals committed to the fight against cancer. Our mission was to capture the essence of this inspiring one-day gathering through both video and photography.

We meticulously documented the conference, highlighting the vibrant interactions and heartfelt moments shared among delegates and Tackle staff. The footage was then transformed into a captivating 3-minute highlights documentary, showcasing the power of community and the unwavering spirit of those involved.

In addition to the documentary, we created a series of engaging 1-minute social media shorts. These were produced in various formats (16:9, 9:16, and Square) to ensure broad reach across multiple platforms. The shorts featured poignant interviews and candid moments, emphasizing the collective strength and unity of the Tackle community.

This project was more than just recording an event; it was a celebration of the resilience and dedication of a community united in their mission to tackle cancer together.
